Meme Soundboard — Terms of Use

The short version. Have fun, share sounds you have the right to share, and be
decent. There is no tolerance for objectionable or abusive content: it is removed, and the
people who post it are banned.
Using the app
By creating an account or publishing a soundboard in Meme Soundboard ("the app"), you agree to these terms.
If you don't agree, you can still browse and play public boards without an account.
What you may not publish
- Hateful, harassing, threatening or bullying content, including content that targets people for who they are.
- Sexually explicit content, or anything sexual involving minors.
- Graphic violence, content promoting self-harm, or illegal activity.
- Private information about other people, or recordings of people shared without their consent.
- Sounds or images you don't have the right to share (other people's copyrighted work), spam, or impersonation.
Reporting, blocking and moderation
- Every board has a Report option, and you can block any user so you no longer see their boards.
- We review reports within 24 hours. Content that breaks these terms is removed, and the account that posted it is
suspended or banned.
- To report something urgently, email support@watchland.app.
Your content
You keep the rights to what you publish. By publishing a board you let us host it and show it to other users
in the app for as long as it's public. You can delete your boards or your whole account in the app at any time.
Accounts
You are responsible for what is posted from your account. We may suspend or delete accounts that break these
terms. You can delete your account in the app (menu → Delete account); see also
Delete your account.
Privacy
How we handle your data is described in the Privacy Policy.
No warranty
The app is provided as is. We're not liable for content posted by users, or for interruptions of the service,
to the extent the law allows.
Changes
If these terms change, the new version will be posted here with a new date; continuing to use the app means
you accept them.
