Rope Ninja — Delete Your Account

You only have an account if you chose to sign in. Rope Ninja is fully playable without one. If you never signed in, there is no account to delete and nothing of yours is stored on our servers — your progress lives on your device and goes away when you uninstall the game.

Delete it from inside the game

This is the fastest way, and it works immediately:

Open Rope Ninja.
Go to Settings → Account.
Make sure you are signed in to the account you want removed.
Choose Delete account and confirm.

Or ask us

If you no longer have the app installed, email support@watchland.app from the address you signed in with, and ask for your Rope Ninja account to be deleted. We will action it and confirm by reply.

We ask you to write from the signed-in address because it is the only way we can tell it is your account. We will not ask you for a password.

What is deleted

Your saved progress stored on our servers: coins, items owned and equipped, best height, total distance and your saved run.
Your achievements and your record of in-game item purchases.
Your profile row.
Your sign-in itself — your email address and account id — once no other game of ours is still using the same login.

What is not deleted, and why

Progress on your device. Deleting the account does not wipe your phone. Use Settings → Reset progress for that, or uninstall the game.
One login, several games. The same sign-in works across our games. Deleting your Rope Ninja account removes everything Rope Ninja holds; the login itself is only removed once no other of our games still needs it, so deleting here never signs you out of a game you still play.
Anonymous analytics. These are never tied to your account or your email — they carry a random identifier created on your device — so there is nothing in them to look up and delete by account. You can stop them at any time in Settings → Share anonymous stats.
Purchase records held by the app store. Google Play and Apple keep their own record of anything you bought. We cannot delete those, and neither can we see your payment details.

How long it takes

Deletion from inside the game is immediate. An emailed request is actioned within 30 days, and usually within a few days. Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone.
