Deleting the app removes all of it. You can also erase it at any time from Settings → Reset progress.
If analytics are on, the game sends anonymous gameplay events so difficulty can be tuned — how high runs end, whether players are learning the rope, which screens get opened. Each event carries the random install identifier, the app version, the platform, the device language, the screen size and your time-zone offset. It never carries a name, an email address, a contact, an advertising identifier or a location.
You can turn this off in Settings → Share anonymous stats. Turning it off stops all gameplay events.
Separately, once after a fresh install from Google Play, the game sends which link or campaign led to the install (the Google Play install referrer), the app's package name and a random install identifier created for that install only, so we can count installs per campaign. It is sent once, never again, and carries nothing about you.
You can create an account so your progress moves to a new phone. If you do, the email address you sign in with — or the identifier Google or Apple gives us — is stored by our backend provider so we can recognise you, along with your saved progress. That is the only personal data the game ever holds, and it exists only because you chose to sign in.
The same login works across our other games. If you sign in to Rope Ninja with an email you already use for another game of ours, it is the same account — we do not create a second one, and we do not combine anything beyond the login itself. Each game's progress is stored separately and one game cannot read another's.
You can delete your account and everything attached to it at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion is immediate and permanent: all of your Rope Ninja data is erased. If that login is still in use by another of our games, the login itself is kept so that game keeps working, and the app tells you so at the time — delete it there too and the account is removed entirely.
Rope Ninja shows rewarded video ads through Google AdMob, and only when you choose to watch one — for a second chance after a fall, or an extra spin of the wheel. There are no banner ads and no interstitials. Google may process data as described in Google's partner policy. On iOS you will be asked before any tracking identifier is used, and declining does not affect the game.
Rope Ninja is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, contact us and we will delete it.
You can turn off analytics, erase local progress, and delete your account — all from inside the app, without contacting anyone. If you would rather ask us, use the address below and we will act on it.
If this policy changes, the date at the top changes with it, and a material change will be announced in the app.
