This Privacy Policy applies to the 求签 Qiuqian mobile application (package / bundle ID com.qiuqian.mobile, “the App”) published on Google Play, the Apple App Store, and Aptoide.

The App does not collect, sell, or share any personal information, usage data, advertising IDs, device identifiers, or diagnostics.
The App works entirely offline. All content — the 64 hexagrams, stories, readings, sounds, and video backgrounds — is bundled inside the App. Apart from the single install-attribution request described here, it makes no network requests.
Install attribution (Android, version 1.0.1 and later). On the first launch after installing from Google Play, the App sends one request to the Developer’s server containing: the App’s package name, the Google Play install referrer (the campaign tags of the store link you tapped, for example which post you came from, or a generic value if none), and a random 32-character ID the App generates for that install only, so that a retry is not counted twice. The server keeps only aggregated install counts per campaign per day and a one-way hash of the random ID. It is not linked to you, your device, your Google account or any other identifier, and it is not shared with anyone. If the install is more than two days old (for example after an update), nothing is sent.
The App reads the device accelerometer on-device only, to detect when you shake or tilt the phone to draw a fortune stick. Sensor readings are used in the moment for the physics simulation and are never recorded or transmitted.
If you tap “Share”, the App hands the text of your drawn lot to your device’s system share sheet. What happens next is governed by the app you choose to share to; Qiuqian itself sends nothing anywhere.
The App is suitable for general audiences and, because it collects no data from anyone, it collects no data from children.
Privacy laws in various regions (such as GDPR and CCPA) grant rights to access, correct, delete, or port personal data. Because Qiuqian holds no data about you, there is nothing to access, correct, delete, or port — but you are always welcome to contact us with questions or concerns.
