Loo Lord ("the game") is published by Bailong. This policy explains what data the game handles. The short version: the game is fully playable offline, requires no account, shows no forced ads (the only ads are optional rewarded videos you explicitly choose to watch), and collects only anonymous gameplay analytics — which you can switch off in the game.
Anonymous gameplay analytics. To understand which levels are too hard and which features are used, the game sends anonymous events (for example: level started, level completed, score, items bought with in-game coins, screens viewed) to our analytics processor PostHog. These events are associated with a randomly generated identifier that is specific to the game on your device. It is not your name, email, phone number, advertising ID, or any government identifier, and we cannot use it to identify you.
Optional rewarded ads (Google AdMob). When a run is about to fail, the game may offer a second chance in exchange for watching a short rewarded video ad. These ads only play if you tap the offer — the game never shows forced or interstitial ads. Rewarded ads are served by Google AdMob, which may process device information (such as your IP address, device model and non-permanent device identifiers) and coarse ad-interaction data to serve and measure ads, cap frequency and prevent fraud, as described in Google's privacy policy. We do not request App Tracking Transparency permission on iOS, so ads are served without cross-app tracking, and we never share your gameplay data with Google.
We do not collect: your name, email address, contacts, location, photos, microphone audio, health data, or browsing history, and we do not use advertising identifiers to track you across other companies' apps or websites.
Tap “analytics: ON · tap to opt out” in the bottom-left corner of the title screen. When set to OFF, no analytics events leave your device. Your choice is stored locally and persists.
Your progress (stars, coins, purchased upgrades, settings) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes this data.
If in-app purchases are offered, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your card details. Purchase receipts are handled by the respective store.
Some versions of the game offer an optional account (email magic link, or Sign in with Apple/Google) to back up progress. If you create one, we store your email address, your save data, purchase records of in-game items, and achievement unlocks with our database provider Supabase. Accounts are never required to play. You can delete your account and all associated data at any time directly in the game (title screen → ACCOUNT → DELETE ACCOUNT — deletion is immediate), or by emailing the contact below, in which case we will complete it within 30 days.
If you sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your player name and achievements/leaderboard entries are handled by Apple/Google under their own privacy policies. We receive only your public player name and player ID to display within the game.
We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or tracking. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated. Service providers (PostHog, Supabase, and Google AdMob for optional rewarded ads) process data on our behalf or as independent controllers under their data-processing terms, encrypted in transit.
The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Analytics contain no personal information regardless of the player's age.
Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export data. Because our analytics are anonymous we usually cannot link data to you; where we can (optional accounts), email us and we will honor your request.
We will update this page when the policy changes and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the game's release notes.
