Loo God — Privacy Policy

Last updated: 2026-08-02

Loo God ("the game") is published by Bailong. This policy explains what data the game handles. The short version: the game is fully playable offline, requires no account, collects only anonymous gameplay analytics — which you can switch off in the game — and shows advertising only when you explicitly choose to watch a rewarded video.

1. Data we collect

Anonymous gameplay analytics. To understand which levels are too hard and which features are used, the game sends anonymous events (for example: level started, level completed, score, items bought with in-game coins, screens viewed) to our analytics processor PostHog. These events are associated with a randomly generated identifier that is specific to the game on your device. It is not your name, email, phone number, advertising ID, or any government identifier, and we cannot use it to identify you.

Rewarded advertising (optional). In a few losing moments the game may offer a second chance in exchange for watching a video ad. Ads are served by Google AdMob and only play when you tap the offer. To deliver and measure ads, the AdMob SDK processes your device's advertising ID and ad interaction data under Google's privacy policy. You can reset or delete your advertising ID in your device's Google settings. We never show forced or banner ads.

We do not collect: your name, contacts, location, photos, microphone audio, health data, or browsing history.

2. Opting out

Tap “analytics: ON · tap to opt out” in the bottom-left corner of the title screen. When set to OFF, no analytics events leave your device. Your choice is stored locally and persists.

3. Data stored on your device

Your progress (stars, coins, purchased upgrades, settings) is stored locally on your device and never leaves it. Deleting the app deletes this data.

4. Purchases

If in-app purchases are offered, payment is processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play). We never receive or store your card details. Purchase receipts are handled by the respective store.

5. Optional online account (if available in your version)

Some versions of the game offer an optional account (email magic link, or Sign in with Apple/Google) to back up progress. If you create one, we store your email address, your save data, purchase records (in-game items and coin-pack store transaction IDs — never payment details), and achievement unlocks with our database provider Supabase. Accounts are never required to play. You can request deletion of your account and all associated data at any time via the contact below, and we will complete it within 30 days.

6. Game Center / Google Play Games (if available)

If you sign in to Apple Game Center or Google Play Games, your player name and achievements/leaderboard entries are handled by Apple/Google under their own privacy policies. We receive only your public player name and player ID to display within the game.

7. Data sharing & retention

We do not sell or share your data with third parties for advertising or tracking. Analytics data is retained for up to 24 months and then deleted or aggregated. Service providers (PostHog, Supabase) process data on our behalf under their data-processing agreements, encrypted in transit.

8. Children

The game is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. Analytics contain no personal information regardless of the player's age.

9. Your rights

Depending on your region (GDPR, CCPA, etc.) you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or export data. Because our analytics are anonymous we usually cannot link data to you; where we can (optional accounts), email us and we will honor your request.

10. Changes

We will update this page when the policy changes and update the date above. Material changes will be announced in the game's release notes.
