Jio Music — Delete Your Account

Last updated: 2026-08-08

This page is for Jio Music, the music player app (package co.whitedragon.music_player). It explains how to delete the optional online account (username or email + password) and the data stored with it. The app works fully without an account — accounts exist only for cloud backups and syncing.

How to request deletion

  1. Write an email to support@watchland.app.
  2. Use the subject line Jio Music account deletion.
  3. Send it from the email address your account uses, and include your username — this is how we verify the request is yours. If you can no longer access that address, say so in the email and we will verify another way.

We will confirm and complete the deletion within 30 days. You can also request deletion of only some of your data (for example your cloud backups but not the account) — just say what you want removed.
